Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. This period begins once the item has arrived with you.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in a resellable condition

Have no damages, rips, tears, or signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Vouchers
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be eligible for:

An online store voucher
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@packbar.co.uk with:

Your order details

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for your return
Once your request is approved, we will provide either:

A return label, or
-
A QR code (depending on your preference)
You can then drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office.
Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, exchange, or voucher balance.

Shipping the item back to us is the customer’s full responsibility until it safely arrives with us.

If an item is lost or stolen during return transit, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Return Timeframe After Approval
Once your return request has been approved:

You must ship the item back within 3 working days

Failure to do so will result in your return request being void
